So I will admit it, I have been the definition of flake lately when it comes to my blogging. I swear when I got into doing this I had the best intentions, I actually became addicted to where I found a need to post every single day. But after my mom died and our second child was born I kinda lost that "spark" for writing. Now a few months later I find myself missing my commenter's and readers, I miss sharing my everyday life with complete strangers who have morned with me and celebrated with me. So, needless to say, I am BACK! I can't say you will get commentary everyday, but I think a few times a week I can do, after all my three year old keeps me filled with plenty to talk about!
So let me quickly catch you up, Conner is now almost 8 months old and doing great. His RSV has set us back a few times and he was getting sick almost daily. So I have decided to pull the kids out of daycare and have a private sitter come to the house for now. Since keeping them at home, he is doing better and my never ending 7 am cry fits with the mini diva have stopped, which oddly enough, the grey hairs aren't coming out as quick, hmm ...
I finally visited my moms grave, it was a very surreal moment looking at a marble wall that contains the person who gave you life. I wept for a few days after and never went back, until this past Sunday. I had been having dreams about my mom being sad about my kids, I knew in my heart she wanted them to come and visit her resting place. So, I finally did it, with two best friends holding my hand and my husband and kids by my side we came and said hello to the grandmother Conner never met and Addison didn't see enough. I can't tell you the peace I finally have with everything so I am so glad I did it. Here are some pics of our visit. As you can tell I have a amazing support system.
Addi aka "mini diva" is finally 3 and well her attitude is showing such! Her personality is just growing to be allot like mine. She tells it like it is, but loves with all she has. God knew what he was doing when he blessed me with that little diva, and I can't tell you how I love her. She reminds me so much of my mom sometimes, shes feisty and funny all at once, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
See why she is a DIVA???
In keeping with my new years resolutions I am committed to changing my life, I said I wanted to take care of myself more and lose this baby weight and toddler weight and drink too much wine weight, and I am proud to say that 60 lbs later I am going strong! I still have about 40 to go, but I am on my way. My best friend told me about this amazing product that was all natural and well the picture speaks for itself ..
The product is called PLEXUS SLIM and I am telling you it has CHANGED MY LIFE! I am now a PROUD rep for them because I know where I was and where I am today .. If you want info check out my link at www.plexusslim.com/10207
And also keeping up with my transformation I am taking better care of my skin now too, I was very honored that I was asked to join the team from the makers of Proactive to try out their skin care line called Rodan and Fields. Look at my pic in July and you can see how amazing my skin looks, they have products ranging from acne treatments, to a reversal line (which I am using) and a anti age line, get the info at http://knowen.myrandf.com
Both products have helped me personally and financially so if you want info on how to make some extra money let me know! lsugurl@gmail.com
So, that's that .. well not all of it but the cliff notes version. I promise not to be a bad ex boyfriend and stop calling, I am back with a whole lot to say! Until then stay sassy!
